★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad company management and treat customer unfairly.. Just before installation date , a call from the sale person told me to change the colour of my railing as no more stock and need to wait for two months if i insisted on the original stock . They expect customer to accept their proposed change of colour or wait two months . The sales person has checked and confirmed the availability of the stock during booking and full payment was made and yet the stock can "dissapear" and become not enough . I understand that this might not be the fault of the sales person but the company policy toward client is definitely bad. very disappointed.
