★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because of the franchise that owns this cinema, it doesn’t attract that much of a crowd. If you just want to watch a movie and get nice seats, this cinema is for you. Just don’t expect the latest cinema technology here (IMAX, D-Box)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want desperately want tickets to see a highly anticipated or upcoming movie, this is definitely your place to go to! The crowds are always small. There will always be seats and multiple screenings of a new movie available.
The downside to watching a movie at mmCineplex is that the management do not make any attempts at maintaining their cinemas and halls. The carpet reeks of urine. The seats are often stained, wet and smelly. The overall cleanness of this place is degrading.
It saddens me that I have to give this place 3 stars. Some of the best movies that I experienced for over a decade was seen here at Cathay cinemas (now mmCineplex).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service at the ticketing counter. Today around 5 pm I've encountered a very disappointing and rude staff. Does a simple thanks and please would be a disgrace to these people? The girl barely look at me on the face while doing the transaction and this made me reluctant to come here again to watch movies despite it's cheap ticket price and convenient location. I hope the management will take further action by giving the best training to its staff and instill some sort of common sense as well as working ethics to their future workers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too crowded, just nice. Good for those looking for cinema that isn't too crowded as this is the only attraction at eCurve anyway. There are more e ticket counter nowadays. No need human interaction if you prefer that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge place. Great service. Love the snacks especially the salted popcorn. Lots of movies and very up to date. Commercial time is short too and the seats are comfortable. Ticket price is very reasonable with great promotions. The screen should be adjusted however to move closer just a bit to the audience.

Today 29th July, their staff claim their promotion Mission Impossible competition was start long ago. Still wanna argue with I and claim their company official website wrong & dont admit their fault. What kind attitude is that? So dissapointed with them
