β β β β β Poor customer service provided. I bought my ticket online today and the transaction did processed but the booking confirmation did not come out. I asked the staff and they called their manager out. However, the manager did not want to help and solve my problem. She just straightly said that there is nothing she can do and ask me to call customer service.

β β β β β FIRSTLY, THE MANAGER INCHARGE AT STARLING MALL DAMANSARA UPTOWN DESERVE TO BE FIRED. As a manager, you cannot offer any solution yet just to push customer away. Not sure her name but itβs a malay lady her attitude needs to be improve as well.
I booked 2 tickets online via gsc app and after payment there was no any confirmation sent or email received. Tried to call customer service 57 times prior going to starling mall to check however, cannot even get through. When down personally to starling mall and the manager was so rude and offer no solution at all and asked to continue to call customer service as she can do nothing.

β β β β β With older kids from about 7 - 8 onwards this play plus is not so suitable as it is a small one and the play area is for young children. The seats are normal seats other than the top row of double seats. Watched Dr strange in this theatre and kind of regretted it and the kids didn't enjoy it as the play area was like a toddler park and it was too bright. The young kids really had a lot of fun from the squeals which then became distracting as a whole. But good to experience it nonetheless.

β β β β β Not recommended. I bought one premium cinema ticket which cost 2x normal ticket price. However, i cannot feel their aircond and i would like to say it is so hot. Totally not comfortable, especial with this higher price.
The main problem is their manger's attitude. They only ask you refund and didn't really solve my problem. He don't think it is problem and think it is my own problem.
Their staff didn't wear mask well too and no people on duty at entrance then ask me go back to check my ticket.
Go One Utama branch better.

- Still an excellent place for movie goers. GSC has taken over and maintained the high standards and quality that MBO once held. Great service, comfort, cleanliness, and overall experience. It's my all time favourite cinema. Also, the toilets being clean & equipped with Dyson dryer is a huge plus
Tips:
- Go for Dolby Atmos (DA) & BIG hall when booking movies. The sound and visual experience is on a whole other level
- Bring a sweater/blanket/jacket... It gets cold in the cinema
- If you have free time before/after the movie, explore the mall: Daiso, DIY, Jaya Grocer, etc; mall walking is healthy too
