- menjaga kebersihan
- bukak Oasis & bacaan al quran
- pekerja focus, tak main2/berbual kosong/bergurau masa buat keje
- terangkan satu2 apa yg rosak, ask before replace anything.
Cons:
- office staff muka masamnyee. Maybe sbb puasa kot.. So do I. Pun puasa..
- My car was assigned to this 1 mechanic. He reverse my car so fast. Hampir2 kne langgar. He's a bit unprofessional in dealing with customer or maybe just with me? Not sure. Ive been told by the boss that my car will ready in late evening. So i dont want to wait, i just go back & decides to collect my car the next morning. When i come the next day, my car still not ready. The mechanic told me that nobody willing to help him to lift the gearbox with his unpleasent tone. He also said that if his salary is rm300/day then only he can work by himself. I dont know why he's telling me that. But it is not something u can say to ur client. I think there is miscommunication between the boss & the mechanic. They need to improve on this matter. So i come again the next day (bus+mrt+grab). My car is ready. But after 15 mins driving the problem occurs again. Maybe my car prob is a bit complicated ?.. But that is the reason why i sent it to workshop right. Now i need to search for another workshop ???

That goes to show how appreciative they are of their customers.
