★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It happen at one mobile care Sunway carnival Seberang Jaya. On 5th Jan 2021 I consulted with their tech to change my Samsung note 9 broken screen. Cost about RM860. I've paid deposit RM500. On 9th Jan 2021 I hand over mobile to them to replace the screen. I've waited about 2 hours then took my mobile back after changed screen. Have warranty for a year. On 15th Jan 2021 I discovered that have some object in my camera screen. And the screen touch sensitivity become poor. So I plan to walk in to check what happen to my lovely mobile. Its really disappointed to me when I heard from their tech (Mr. Fitri) its a camera problem and not because of due to change screen. He didn't even check my mobile. I'm really disappointed with their service. I need the answer from management....
