★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm refering this to Switch Service centre in Sunway Carnival Mall, Seberang Jaya, if you do not have enough workers or your workers is sleeping inside your store might as well you close the counter up la man, you open 4 counters but what the hell only one attender is standing there, who's lack of Knowledge and slow like sloth action, please man do something with your man, I actually saw some people inside chatting and laughing loudly in the service centre, this kind of service is not tolerated man, I'm so angry.

1. To one sales person, I met today, you were not doing anything but standing there, and when I approached you to get into about the products on display, you just point your finger to another sales person. What? Why? I don’t look like a person able to afford to buy apple products?
2. If you are busy taking in the phone you should not work in the shop.
2. I may look look old to you, don’t treat me like I know nothing about apple products and try to go around and round.

1. Just cut off the landline if you don't want to pick up the phone. I read the comments and other customers experienced the same issue.
2. I just want to ask about my item, you said within 3 weeks but now it's been more than a month with no update at all.
My advice, if anyone out there reading these comments, you might as well read other's and nake a good decision to go to the other Apple store. Thanks me later.
I will file a complaint to Apple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Idk why i need to call first to confirm if your store have this colour in stock or not when in the website it said few stocks still available, if the store doesn’t have that colour, update the site and don’t need for the customer to call the store. And that 1 worker there also like if you doesn’t want to work, go back home dude, you treated your customer with no attention to at all

Despite I were purchase my MacBook, iPhone and Apple Watch there, there is no any crew trying to serve me when I am planning the buy one an iPad. All of them are just chatting and standing there instead of trying to doing sales.Very ignorance. Disappointed. I will never go there again .
