โ โ โ โ โ I bought a redmi note 3 through Lazada, which is still under warranty
The GPS works only intermittently and there is a frequent failure to connect. I left the phone for repair and after 2 weeks, I had to call them. They assured me that it was fixed, but the same problems exist. I went back to the shop (again) and now they are trying to get me to pay and additional RM 250 for a phone which is currently priced lower than what I paid for this. I know it isn't an expensive phone, but it is still under warranty and so should be replaced or my money refunded. Appalling customer service.
