β β β β β Worse service ever!!!!! Walk in for termination at 7.14pm today and the guard blocked me and told me close already, operation hour till 8.00pm then told me close???? Some more said 7.15pm last call? But why 7.14pm don't let me in????

β β β β β I would like to lodge a complaint of Subway Blue Cube. There are no other avenues to send give feedback so here I am
I requested their help to reload my account because Iβm unable to do it via my phone ( SG credit card and TAC directed to SG account, Maybank2U is also to SG account )
My waiting number was 7077
Time around 4.30-5pm
Waited for at least 20min
Then when called, I gave my phone number and IC.
She said she will help me reload and so I can buy the package. So I gave the cash RM50 and she gave the change and said she fixed it. I left the store quite hurried and headed home, my account was till not reloaded
Iβve been trying to call the service line but they are not helpful. Sent an email but it got rejected. The phone number listed here is not in service.
I Iive quite far from Subway Cube, and to travel all the ways itβs really not worth it to get my 30RM back
But seriously this is so bad and Iβm really disappointed with the service, I think you should know.

β β β β β It was an amazing experience with the remarkable service provided by Nur Alyaa Amirah @5.15pm today. She has the patience and expertise to explain in details on the celcom IPhone package. We were undecided at first. However, with her clarification on the phone specification, payment method, insurance and etc... we were convinced to pick up the package immediately. Honestly, her customer service is more impressive than many banking counter services.

β β β β β Went in the cube and took the ticket number but looked around the staff were chit chatting and taking their own sweet time. Didn't bother to see people who are waiting. They really need to pick up speed and not everyone like them that has so much time to just chill.
