★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mula2 okay. Target delivery barang in 2 weeks after buat payment deposit. Then, baru la tahu kedai ni tersangat lah tak professional. Semasa hari delivery, ada few item yang tak cukup. Driver lorry kata, akan hantar the following week. The, bila 2nd delivery untuk lengkapkan item yg missing, still ada lagi 1 item yg missing. Dah nampak dorang ni buat kerja sambil lewa. Masa tu, dorang janji akan deliver barang the following week pulak. Tapi tarikh yang dijanjikan, satu berita pon takda. Dah follow up beberapa kali, still bagi janji kosong. Selepas 2 minggu, lepas saya dah ugut nak bawa ke mahkamah tribunal, pihak driver lorry ada call untuk hantar missing item tu. Punya lah mengecewakan, kita dah tunggu 2 minggu, dorang boleh mintak kita collect di kedai sendiri, and pasang sendiri. Sangat2 lah mengecewakan dan menunjukkan peniaga ni tak jujur.
Disclaimer: Item yg missing tu, akhirnya dah dapat, di hantar dan dipasang oleh salesman kedai itu sendiri.
Mula2 okay. Target delivery of goods in 2 weeks after payment deposit. Then, he just found out that this shop is very unprofessional. During the delivery day, there were a few items that were not enough. The lorry driver said, will deliver the following week. The, if the 2nd delivery to complete the missing item, there is still 1 more missing item. I've seen this shit for work while I'm lazy. At that time, I promised to deliver the goods the following week. But the promised date, one pound news is missing. Already followed up several times, still for empty promises. After 2 weeks, I threatened to take it to the tribunal, the lorry driver had a call to send the missing item. It's disappointing, we've been waiting for 2 weeks, you can ask us to collect it at your own store, and install it yourself. It is very disappointing and shows that this trader is dishonest.
