★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the i-city outlet the other day because i saw good advertisements and marketings of the store, 2 of the 3 sellers has bad attitude, ignored me and my husband when entering the store (not that we wanted to be greeted, but some smiles would be nice rather than sour judgemental faces). I was planning to buy quite a few items but was discouraged with your sellers attitude, didn’t bother to even try to ask. It seems like when there are other customers who are looking for expensive stuff, the sellers straight away greeted them and gave full attention (i dont know if that’s your store’s marketing strategy or what). Still bought a feww stuff there, however, i would’ve spent a lot more there if the customer service was good (had quite a few items that i have been eyeing from your advertisement, but i was again, discouraged).
Sorry for the long comment. I hope you can improve since your marketing and advertisement is very good and extensive, plus I would be more than happy to support Bumi’s business, however was very dissapointed with your staffs’ attitude of cherry picking their ‘preffered customer’ to be greeted, would be better for your business to be the ‘preffered store’ instead of your staff picking their ‘preffered customer’.
