★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Punya la sakit chinese doctor tu tekan2 perut masa detail scan. Selalu dekat kk doctor buat lembut je tu pun siap mintak maaf lagi. Ni dah la datang lambat even buat appointment service tak mesra pulak. Sila hormati masa customer dan tepati waktu appointment. Senak perut kena tekan dalam2. Harap baby okay kt dlm.
 He had a Chinese doctor who was sick to his stomach during a detailed scan. Always close to the doctor to make it soft and ready to apologize again. He came late even for an unfriendly appointment service. Please respect customer time and on time appointment. Stomach upset should be pressed in2. Please baby okay kt dlm.

Staff layan macam nak tak nak start dari registration. Dah inform staff I guna MIYA care panel.
Done register, staff cakap doc ada scan 5D so kena tunggu lama sikit. I’m okay with that.
Dah lama tunggu tiberrr lagi sorg staff bgtau oh kita xde lagi MIYA care ni, sbb HR dia tak ajar lagi kita mcm mana nak guna. Whattttt? Dah tu please la remove sticker kat pintu korang tu k. Thanks!

The service staff looks like they don't want to start from registration. I informed the staff to use the MIYA care panel.
Done register, the staff said the doc had a 5D scan so we had to wait a little longer. I’m okay with that.
It's been a long time waiting for tiberrr again sorg staff bgtau oh we xde again MIYA care ni, sbb HR he doesn't teach us how to use it anymore. Whattttt? Dah tu please la remove sticker kat pintu korang tu k. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had viral fever on 29th apr and walk in to this klinik.The doctor treated me well and there was no comment on the doctor.I really want to complaint on the staff ....I am covered under mi care medical card.Due to high fever the doctor need to do blood check up and as I know I am fully covered under mi care medical card.However the receptionist said no and took from me rm27.00. I told her to call and check with micare but nothing was done until a week later I had call micare and they agree to refund me back the amount.I wonder why dont the klinik educate their staff???Furthermore I came to collect the money few days later and the same staff was so rude to me.She shouted at me by telling I had call u so many times no answer.In the first place why did they take my money???why the staff that refund my rm27 for blood check up was so rude???

Worst ever.
Worst doctor, practical doctor at GH is better.
Worst service than government clinic, have aircond but not on and no have fan.
no wonder no customer no waiting. Doctor so rude.
