We order the beef cheeks and the heirloom salad for starters.
They had a cuttlefish dish as a special and we ordered 300 gm of it.
For main, we ordered cod fish.
Dessert was the honey panna cotta.
Overall my favourite was the beef cheeks because it really does melt in your mouth. Only wish they gave more bread. It also comes with roasted vegetables but I only liked the brussel sprouts (the rest was carrots, baby sweet corn and green peas which was more Chinese-style which I didn’t thing it complemented as well)
The cod was not as smooth as I expected but overall the flavour profile was very refreshing. The rice goes best with the cod as well as the rest of condiments.
The tomato salad was also fresh and we were wowed by the gold flakes (haha we are simple people, we see good, we like)
Cuttlefish was good too.
The panna cotta was very light and smooth in texture! I liked it a lot.
Overall I’m glad I found this restaurant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best fine dining restaurants in Johor. Each and every dishes tasted delicious and served well. Friendly waiters and good service.. The plain water with orange slice was tasted refreshing.. one of the best mocktail.. should try their morel risotto, mushroom soup, ceviche and hokkaido scallop... we have requested for candle light setting for our wedding dinner.. simple deco and friendly gesture...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was without a doubt really gooood, got the A5 wagyu sirloin and it was literally melt in your mouth. And the prawn starter dish was really fragrant, with the wok hey taste.
However got a shock when we saw the bill cause it was $800+. Think the waiter could've told us how heavy the beef was before helping us cook it. On the table he told us 100+ grams but when saw the receipt, it's 190+ grams. That's not 100+ grams, it's close to 200 already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is a MUST VISIT. The Japan A5 steak was so soft and buttery it melts in your mouth, best paired with a glass of wine. The wild mushroom pasta is creamy and fresh. The oyster starter is a little pricey but wow the yuzu caviar combo was mind blowing. Service here is whole other level attention to detail - refilling our water glasses, clearing of plates and replacing with new ones, and great recommendations on what to try!
