★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Apartment is spacious, well lit, decent air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Big let down was that both instant water heaters in the 2 bathrooms were not working at all!
Some basic maintenance lacking as well, like broken toilet roll holders and jammed closet doors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is walking distance to Sogo shopping mall, lot's of branded stuff to shop. Surrounding are full of banks. Best place to rob a bank and get caught right after. ?? Please don't do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price for 1 night is RM 175, quite affordable for new facilities like this. Location is strategic. Near to many local restaurant. The house is clean, the building is clean tu since it is new building. I stay with UHA management, so as usual their guide were completed detail and so. They got many facilities that were suitable for family with child. Got swimming pool with fountain & toy, game room for study, child playground and others. The pool have strict law for the swimmer. Only swimming suit allowed. Cotton shirt, street wear short pants, anything with printed @ colorful were prohibited. They should post the notice at homestay guide and hotel image

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay. Things like iron, hair dryer and so on are provided. No need to bring it. Can cook, but need to bring own ingredients. Have 2 tower, A tower on the front and B tower on the back.
