β β β β β Went to withdraw MoneyGram. They asked a lot of supporting documents. Can't blame them - BNM's audits etc.
Only strange things is my withdrawal was MYR555.35. They gave me only MYR555.00 They said they do not give small change - the 0.35 sen. But the document that i signed said I received MYR555.35. Where does this small change go to -if it goes to charity I am okay but if goes to somebody's pocket then this is not right.
I think somebody should look into this and get the small change donated to charity. ??

I have received more than once from money gram as well as from western union more than once with the supporting documents from my university every time is good this time I come to this branch To see some fool employees that have memorise the lesson and did not understand it ! In other words ! I have been receiving. For 5 years you can check my record β. Never faced this problem please educate your employees and teach them respect ya
