But in the other words it is very poor maintenance. I think this whole place needs to renovate and upgrade for all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Green condition was bad..like an abundance golf course..if u missed the fairway by 2meters,there is 90% chance u will not gonna find your ball

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came back to Monterez for the swimming pool after two years and the difference is significant. The big cover has been removed, there's no receptionist at the counter and there's no towel that you can get anymore. The swimming pool also looked like it hasn't been taken care of for a couple of weeks. It was full of leaves and debris.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Several challenging holes but slightly run-down. Not enough workers to catch up with maintenance. Fairways with long grasses, several soggy areas and where the grasses have been cut, the cuttings were left in situ.
Greens were not well maintained with uncut grasses making unpredictable putting lines. Dew on the green were not removed in the morning and wormcasts were everywhere.
Bugging tracks were cracked and bumpy with many potholes.
However green fees were competitive maybe due to the poor conditions. We were even given free limited time green vouchers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place where I started golfing. Easy to access, shorter course, but requires lots of accuracy to play well, since it's also a narrow course. Rates are amazing here, so you want to play here quite often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poorly maintained - from tee box to green. Fairways not cut - likened to rough to other courses. Bunkers are weed infested. Green not cut so that makes it bumpy. Buggy track is littered with potholes. Not worth the money or time you will spend. Avoid until they do it up.
