Deal done and got the money so is the dealer. Win win. Potential platform other than Carsome and myTukar. Seriously.

In fact, I was so surprised of the follows ups by the person in charge who contacted me, Ms. Jia Yi, I must give her a very very good comments for her supreme and good follow up skill until I have no further good comments for her. Although there was no face to face meeting between Jia Yi and myself but the customer service was so great ? , Well done ?? to the team and the necessary arrangement until the successful sales of my car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Put up my car for sale through motorist. Was told managed to secure a buyer, pending inspection. The rep by the name of Anthony, attended to me. Postponed appointment 3 times due to buyer unable to come. Set another date, i have to take time off from work, but the rep did not reply to me. I messaged him twice on the day before the appointed date, to no response. Ended up nobody showed up on the day, not even a message from the rep. Totally unprofessional. Avoid this company. Avoid it like the plague. Unless u like to waste your time, then, go crazy.
