★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Applied for HSBC and Standard chartered cards with Ringgit Plus both back in December 2021 and fulfilled the criteria of the promotional gift in the shortly after.
Closing the office since , there's still no update on my gift. Sending a message on Facebook as well as emailing them with no replies. sending a emails, i didnt get any reply. Been calling them since few weeks and the automatic call kept saying that ringgitplus is closed for covid?
how do i go about this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited for my free gift for around 6 months. I followed up with them countless times. I thought they were not sincere in giving free gifts. They called me a few days ago after I gave them a bad review. They said there is no stock of the free gift that I was supposed to received and would like to offer me a voucher instead. Sick of waiting, I accepted it. But 3 weeks after that, the voucher becomes invalid. I have now gotten it resolved, almost 10 months after when I was supposed to receive the free gift. It was not a good experience hence the rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is going to be a review of my journey with ringgit plus, guaranteed free apple AirPods with Citibank credit card.
Application was seamless and smooth. After spending 8 minimum transactions I was told to wait another 5 months for my gift. After the stipulated date, I followed up and was told to wait for a tracking number. 2 weeks later still no news and I followed up again for the tracking number and gave me all sorts of excuses without giving me an exact timeline.
I would say that I'm overall happy with the gift as promised, but the experience with the customer service is rather poor as they did not manage my expectations well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using RinggitPlus for few years and they are legit. Credit card application is smooth and fast. Of course when comes to free gift, do expect some delays. Better late than never! I have no problem claiming their gifts all these while as long as you have fulfilled all the conditions. Also have lots of patience to follow up. Still worth it
