★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中盤から斜度がキツくなるので疲れます。登り8時間30分、下り6時間30分でした。休憩と登り時の滝見学含む。川渡りや道が川のようになってたりするのでラバーシューズを履くのが良いです。
I'm tired because the slope becomes tight from the middle. It took 8 hours 30 minutes to climb and 6 hours 30 minutes to descend. Including a break and a tour of the falls when climbing. It is good to wear rubber shoes because river crossings and roads are like rivers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (VIA KKB) Daypack is doable if you have good stamina, the track goes up and down once a while. suggest to stay overnight at kem bmw, so that u can stop by lata makau to play the pool, awesome jump from waterfall can be done. dont get confused of the track, suggest you to bring a long someone who have been there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bentong Pahang Gunung Rajah, camping 3day 2night. it's good for who want to prepare for hike the Mount Kinabaru, the total distance 16km to reach the summit. Nice view, the entrence Air Terjun Chamang. When near the summit region were quite difficult.
