★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store arrangement is not very safety compliant as things are everything looking messy and cluttered. Also the lighting is so dark the place looks very uninviting and uncomfortable where it Is quite hard to spot an item or even read the smaller than ant font size on instructions or descriptions!
The worst thing is the poorly indicated price tags or price codes where customers are now expected to scan for the actual price! Or you will find an item assuming that's the price then later found out it's totally the other way around, all because of dim lights too!
I shop there a lot, given another choice I wouldn't pick this place due to the way it makes me feel, just such a put off.
Work on improving the store concept already while you wanna expand so rapidly, some things are being overlooked and it is not something you can afford losing out, customers!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -On my visit I don't know why the mall was so empty on 6pm and I'm the only customer inside DIY.
-Staffs responses are good as the rest of branches.
-This DIY is comparatively old and not so spacious like the other branches (infrastructure).
- If you miss a DIY product which is out stock now, I hope u'll get it here

As per all Mr. DIY you can find majority of your items around home improvement. Even some groceries. Prices are affordable.
