★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE WORST Mr DIY outlet that I've ever experienced. The staffs in there seems to be busy chatting with themselves and not assisting to customer's needs. When approached, they tend to be rude and assist with an unpleasant expression by pointing from a far where the things are at instead of showing them exactly where they are. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST HORRENDOUS!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good price, reasonable & good quality. Things at the hardware shops are double to tripple more expensive for the dame item. At Mr DIY RM 4.95 at hardware store RM15.00 (that is already discounted from RM22.00. The price is for 3m wire for clearing pipe clogs).
