L	Liana Latif on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staf layan macam tak ikhlas. Staf yang angkat telefon pun sangat tak profesional & tak mesra. The service staff is kind of insincere. The staff who picked up the phone was very unprofessional & unfriendly.
S	Siti Intan Najihah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dah beratur 2 jam nak buat kad.. last² staff suruh datang balik esok dengan alasan tak munasabah.. layanan sampah.. dah tak boleh buat bagitahu awal2 takde lah buang masa nak beratur lama2 I've been queuing for 2 hours to make a card .. last² staff told me to come back tomorrow with an unreasonable reason .. garbage service .. I can't do it, tell me early, I don't want to waste time queuing for a long time
N	Nur Atiqah Juhari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service sangat laa lambat..staf pun kurang mesra..sy berator almost 2 hours even Q tak la panjang mana pun compare to bank cimb depan mega but at the end tak dapat masok..alasan bank tutup awal jam 1:30 pm..tapi dari pemerhatian sy, service di kaunter sangat slow plus kaunter juga tak banyak yang buka..hopefully service di kaunter dapat di upgrade dgn lebih baik dan lebih cepat pada masa akan datang ? Service is very slow..staff is not friendly..sy berator almost 2 hours even Q it's not long anywhere compare to bank cimb front mega but at the end can't come..reason the bank closes early at 1:30 pm .. but from sy's observation, the service at the counter is very slow plus the counter is also not open much..hopefully the service at the counter can be upgraded better and faster in the future ?

j	jen shen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank has 6 counters and only open 3 counters but that's fine because i thought that the workers will be more efficient.But turn out that they were not,and the just work like turtle and doing their jobs slow and relax.When you come to this bank,please make sure that youbhave enough time to WAIT.
N	Norma Said on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand during lockdown, everything must follow the procedure, but i'm a bit dissapointed to staff who allowed the cust to come to the counter.. i' m just asking where to get the ticket but she answered with not happy sound. that early morning ..you all should know we are your customers. we must wait 30/40 minutes before bank open ..apa salahnya ckp baik2.
