★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty big store, selling a lot of cheap low quality stuff that is not going to last. Never buy the cheap batteries here, and stick to their own in-house DIY brand when it is available, like their torchlight and headlights are not bad. If you have some money to waste (cause within a short-medium period everything you buy here will get spoilt) you can shop here ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always long queue at the counter because they always open 1 counter with two workers. I had totally no idea why they needed to serve 1 customer with 4 hands I.e. 1 was scanning the items and another 1 was putting the items into the plastic bag.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employee is incredibly rude! I asked if a certain type of screw is sold there and i was yelled and shouted at by their employees. Not only that, while he was yelling to me, he walked away furiously while waving a box knife at my direction. I felt threatened by him and i decided to defend myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price n affordability- affordable than most physical shops, tho online is cheaper. Some items are x2 price of online, so beware of that
Ambience- clean, some lights at the back are off/broken, some parts of the walking area are filled with cracks and boxes of items from china suppliers
Service- very quick and efficient, great service
Quality- wide variety of products to choose what you'd like, so quality varies
Overall, will return for the affordability on items if i need them asap. Otherwise, id go purchase online instead

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of section blocked by cartons of good, when you ask the staff about location of goods you wanted they just tell you it's blocked, ask again if they could help to get it they will tell you same answer and ignore you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to shop for diy stuff, price is reasonable and quality is ok too. Certain section was cordoned off due to MCO 3.0 only allow essential items to be sold , store is open until 8pm only too due to MCO to curb the Covid cases, remember to scan for tempreture, wear masks and maintain social distancing while shopping in store.
