★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pricing is good but salesman David is very impolite. He was polite at first but when I was a bit concerned about paying a huge some for downpayment and wanted to think about it and come back but he showed poor attitude and threw away a paper he wrote the prices on and behaved poorly.

was friendly and professional, able to explain the difference types of freezer. Finally ended up buying from this outlet as felt the sales person was honest in explaining the product. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our maid called crying because our fridge broke down!! After almost 10 years, I think thats about time anyway...Luckily, my wife has Christine's number on speed dial!..Christine from One Living, that is...btw, why does she has Christine's number on speed dial in the first place???
Well, to cut the story short, we are going to have a new fridge this monday!!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a customer with One Living for a while already. When everything is rosy, customer service are all tip top friendly as expected. BUT when there comes a problem, OH MY GOD, they blame you for everything! forget about you years of loyal support for the sales person, the shop and all the Ringgit spent, they will not give you a chance in hell to admit wrong. I have a lot of stuff that I bought from them but only ONE is giving me problem which is my ceiling aircond.
UPDATED:
After posting my review on google, the proper person who is in charge immediately called me to rectify my issue and assist to fix the problem. As I mentioned that am still going to support One Living and now with the proper customer support, I will now be more confident with my purchase..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was good and the price was reasonable. I bought electrical appliances 6 months ago. Ryan gave me very good suggestions in making the decisions. The products delivered on time as scheduled. However, one of the products - vacuum cleaner was not working well few days ago. I went back to the shop and the after sales service was good. Ryan helped me and my issue solved. I'm a happy customer.
