★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly, no one ever pick up the phone at The Paint Shop, Balakong branch. Why provide a phone no. (03-9076-89**) when they didnt bother to pick up the phone?? Not everyone can afford the time or transportation to visit the shop for enquiry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rmb one thing ya, bring your receipt within 3 day after purchase if wanna change something (stated at the shop wall). This is not happen on me, but i saw this happen when i buy paint from this shop. A customer who wanna change item and didnt bring the receipt (and brought over 7 days ady), this customer is speek quite rationally but actually he is wrong too as didnt comply to the shop rules. But the salesman become more angry during the conversation btw the customer (really dont know why coz the customer talk very nicely) and shout toward the customer loudly...i didnt stay until the end so i dont know whether the customer get to change the item or not...
So conclusion, if really want to buy from here, try not to mess with them la
Owh btw, the salesman is ok one, get some useful infor when buying with him also.
