★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What’s the point of having a self-service kiosk when it doesn’t even function? MCO is already hard for people to move about with limited range. I went to HSBC cheras Selatan on a MONDAY and even went to the one in MALURI. Both kiosks have issues with validating a new account, so again, what’s the point of the kiosk and asking people to try the kiosk when it doesn’t work. Waste of time, it’s either the Malaysian attitude of not fixing anything or the bank. Irregardless, already a bad experience by spending an hour to go between branches for it to fail on me. Honestly would give a 0 if possible
