β β β β β sent our 3.5 years old philips steam iron for repair here as it was not generating steam. the guy repaired it in one day. plus he cleaned it, and added some plastic to cover the hose since ours was getting berbulu due to wear n tear. he provides 3 month warranty post service, which is the same for what u get if you send to philips center to repair, only much more slower (up to 2 weeks) and higher fee (approx rm380 for pump replacement). this guy charges rm300. i think its reasonable for a rm1400 iron.
