Although He there are few ppl queuing but he noticed that i am nervous then he quickly asked if i need help. He spoken to me in a calm way and also ask if I'm in a hurry then he can arrange to callback while they are checking. How he settle my issue is really professional. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonder where the lift goes to MRT? Why no one takes lift to MRT station? People rather walk 4 escalators to reach station. I don't dare to use because common sense tells it may not practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been here several times during pandemic situation and I may say that the station was very clean. There have less seat or bench provided to keep social distancing. Have a clear information of the train route.
Although the distance to go there from KL Sentral to this station is quite a long walk, but there are a clear sign and path provided for the clueless people like myself. Just follow the escalator, and you will arrived to your destination.
Overall, a good experience for the one who first time want to ride the MRT train. (although MRT has been around long time before ?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expect quite a walk from Kl Sentral Station to Muzium Negara Station. It is not hot though as it is inside buildings and at times, you will have to use some escalators too. Caution on some puddles in certain areas on rainy days so the floor will be slippery and unsafe for those using cane or carry heavy luggage.

National Museum MRT Stop is an underground station that can walk to KL Central.
The National Museum station is clean and comfortable.
While waiting at station, we can hear the announcement of the train arrival.
There are TWO Tickets and information counters.
It has signs boards guiding at the station, easy access and convenient. There are 2 entrances, National Museum and KL Central.
There are toilets at the Station.
The station will be crowded during Peak time. That is going to office and after office.
Safety : SOP : Wearing masks, Distancing and Fully vaccinted.
