★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Use to be a respective company but not now. Have a fishy credit system with lot of hidden terms to make sure they can eat away your unused credit easily. Been trying to report this to their support but they just not admit it. This is a start. I will make sure this company fall down to the ground.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know what is wrong with Mudah.my ads team lately, but they keep messing up with their filtering process. Before this they approve my ads without any photos causing me to lose 140 of my mudah credit savings. Now they approve my ads with the wrong default picture. Both of this can potentially waste my mudah credit and not attract customers due to inappropriate ads default picture.
Please be careful if any of you small business owner that want to associate with mudah.
I'm sorry for sharing this but it really does not seem right to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mudah means Easy or Simple. Given the business model, it's a great place for you to get whatever you need, whether it's property sales/rental, or jobs for the masses. They also have many other products on the platform. From a workplace standpoint, the office feels very youthful and vibrant, and there are no cubicles between tables. Very open and very interesting place to be working in!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Items sold on Mudah are 10x expensive (not even new, most of it are 2nd hand items) then those sold on Lazada on Shopee. Its new vs secondhand items. Similarly those sold on FB marketplace. If you think buyers are stupid, please, studies more on current market price. Mudah and FB marketplace seller can never able to compete with Shopee and Lazada in term of price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally useless! Many times I want to sell my items it reject with "violating the rules". But nothing wrong with my ads! Afterwards even cannot find easily a contact how to inform them to re-check. Totally useless platform, they need to learn a lot how to manage. Sad for Malaysia to see how online business works.
