★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was attended by an extremely rude staff Named Mable . As they have signs “sales” , I asked if there’s any sale off the staubb that they display . Instead of telling me “no discount” she lied to my face saying “it’s discounted” . I told her that what she’s doing is wrong , and it’s misrepresentations of the product’s MSRP and MAP. That’s unless Zwelling malaysia is trying to rip off it’s customer by selling the staubb pots above MSRP . Anyway, the review is about the particular staff, this wasn’t my first time buying from there. Had a similiar experience when I was getting the miyabi knives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was assisted with a young sales girl named May Leong, she is the only one who is willing to assist me throughout the whole knife testing and knife selection. She even helped me to reserve the knife that I wanted which is the miyabi gyutoh from the warehouse because its the last stock they have. But unfortunately I coudnt exchange with the one that I bought that day. (miyabi santoku). However she is the best sales person in there in comparison with a sales aunty who is just sitting there and wait for time to pass. May leong also helped to get me a contact who she knows for knife sharpening services. Thumbs up for her and her attitude. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never believe in their sales after service that got me interested to purchase a few new knives while await for my Cliver to be sharpern. Initially it's said was only RM25. When it's done it became RM40 and wanted another RM50 bcos they sharpern weirdly like a chopper instead. You can throw away all your Twin Pollux knives once it's chip or dull.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got assisted by Helen, very helpful and friendly. Although I already know what I wanted, but when I ask her to introduce me to other stuff she is very willing to help. Best customer service I have encounter not gonna lie. I know there's some bad reviews over this shop but from my experience. Helen is very helpful and made my shopping experience more easier and fun. Bought a 8" chef knife. They have cleavers, santouku, pairing, sharpening rod, knife bag, knife board and some other pots that I didn't really check it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop simply put price before and after discount that is not true. A Poultry Shear cost RM40 more than getting from outside. So are so many other stuff. Knife Sharpener cost Rm26 more even after the shop put a big discount on the price tag.
After complaining, the sales people not even interested to know and ignore your feedback!
