β β β β β I've been using Murad since 2009. One of the best products for acne treatments. Also been doing facials regularly and this outlet is the largest with many individual rooms. Cleanliness is very good! Staff is friendly, professional and very thorough with services.

Thanks to her my skin now become better and better and more important sheβs so beautiful and her skill is amazing ,so comfortable.

β β β β β Just went here two days ago. Although I'm not a regular customer of facial treatment to date, I would say the services provided here is of really high quality. Miss Ada, the staff that served me is very friendly and showed a lot of empathy to me as well, considering I'm still a university student and might not be able to pay for the costly services. I obtained a free facial treatment voucher because of the school's giveaway event and the quality of services really surprised me and left me in awe most of the time. However, I can't tell for sure that whether the facial treatment will treat my acne-prone skin or not since this is my first experience in Murad. But if financial issue isn't the one that bugs me, I will definitely come here more often.

β β β β β I had started during Murad products for 2 years plus now and had signed up for the facial package due to my bad acne, oily skin and scarring. Over the time, my skin had improved so much and it was worth the money spent as nothing had worked for me back then. The staff attended to me through out my visits is Miss Rain. She is really professional, gives good advice on which product to use and the facial/extraction that she does is really superb and clean. Highly recommended to visit this place. :)

β β β β β I went for my facial before mco on 2020 . Before this I have been to several beauty salon but still cannot solve my problem until I met this beauty salon and my beautician Whitney . I have clearly mention that my skin is very sensitive , easy to become redness dry and peeling . My beautician Whitney has recommended me to do an oxygen treatment. This treatment really good its really solve my face problems and make my skin glowing. Thanks to my beautician Whitney, she is very attentive and professional, she explained how my skin condition , how to solve it and give me a facial treatment plan that really can help me improve my skin condition . Even if I didn't go to facial for more than half year due to mco lock down, she still keep contacting me and follow up with my skin condition . I hope this pandemic can gets better soon so that I can go for my facial againοΌ

Especially with my beautician Whitney, as i feel she is extremely skilled and professional with her work and very knowledgeable about the products and what best suits a person. β β β β β Murad is definitely my top choice when it comes to facial. I have been doing facial over decades and finally I found a place to settle down for my blackhead and dry skin issues. Look for Ada, the skincare specialist, her skill and diagnosis is on-point. They have treatment that is personalised to your skin condition and I have been patroning this place for over 3 years and my skin has never been better. Best thing is that after every facial, there is no redness from the extraction which made me easily meet my friends after treatment. Totally deserve full 5 stars from me.
