Service is prifesional and caring attentive. Thumbs up for all the staff, they are given friendly service definitely been worthwhile. I'm so happy with my all the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mid valley branch is so full that my appointment have to wait 2 months in between. Then when I say dont see any much effect they ask me try not to shave so much. Yes understand but how to not shave when your appointment can only be booked after 2months? Then somemore want to persuade me to buy more sessions so that it’s effective to see the results. What’s the point of buying so much sessions but can only do once every 2months????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm unhappy with the appointment booking process. They are always incredibly full. Naturally, customers sometimes need to change their appointment but when I do, all adjacent days from my original appointment are always "fully booked for the whole day". Ridiculously inflexible, and so the times between each of my hair removal session are off schedule.
It is also extra frustrating because I'm not actually seeing obvious results from the hair removal so far.
I regret purchasing the larger package because now I'm stuck with these guys. Other hair laser removal salons I go to (Strip, Bubblegum) are MUCH more flexible with appointment changes, and I actually see results.
