★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to reach them via their helpline which is a handphone number , I usually whatsapp them but suddenly the replies stopped and when I called also nobody picked up ..
So, I used Facebook messenger, the replies are fast !! And a nice lady straight away called me and gave me her personal handphone number .. she is from 1U branch by the way ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had facials here. They provide amazing services. Staff and beauticians are really friendly. Love the upgraded pink spaces. Feels so great the moment I stepped in. And they have the best barley tea (i think)! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a facial today. The beautician was very poor and simply wash my face with everything just touch n go. For everything she touched on my face was only 3 dots (middle forehead, both middle cheeks) and considered everything’s done. 90 minutes of facial session shortened to 60 minutes without any explanations at all. The consultant came forward after 30 minutes considering the whole session was 90 minutes, he didn’t bother to follow up throughout the 30 minutes. Feeling as if no facial wash session was done. This is the worst experience compared to other centers/brands. Honestly speaking, it’s not worth the payment at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going for a year now and loving their environment, services and the wide variety of hi-tech treatments they have. Facials were all top notch with different type of machines, love the hydrating and lifting facial most! Also signed a package for Dual Yellow Laser for melanin reduction on my face (so I don’t look yellow) and super satisfied with the results. Definitely a go-to place for top to toe treatments ♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are planning to take the 6 months unlimited trial package, take note of ur first day of treatment. I took the underarm unlimited 6 months treatment, started at September ‘21, by Jan ‘21 they told me my sessions are up but it’s only been 4 months. They explained that it’s because my sessions were more frequent for my condition that’s why my session is finished at Jan, claiming that most people by z no. of sessions that I took has no more need to go back for treatment already. what? Isn’t it supposed to be UNLIMITED sessions? They allowed me to do my sesh until March AFTER I raised this up.
Efficacy wise is inconsistent, one of my side is fine but the other side still grows back rather fast after so many sessions. Suffered from razor burns from one of the sessions too. Can’t imagine doing bikini sesh here. Risk and result not worth it.
Service also inconsistent, one of the staff interrupted my conversation with another staff while we were setting my next appointment. And it didn’t sound urgent. Most times staff are still RATHER polite. The way this centre handles complaints is “blame it on the customer’s body” instead of apologising and offering potential solutions which could be improved.
