Thank you for your kind assistance throughout the time we met and when you hired employees like me to work with you. Like many of us, We were very excited to work with you, but after We have worked with your company, there was lack of efficiency and poor management control, and lack of transparency and honesty.
Although we have tried to speak to you to solve the problem, your management decided not to solve it and delay the matter at hand.
We are apologetically upset that musicians like ourselves are not treated with respect, which explains why your employee turnover is very very high, and many complaints about your company not treating the staffs well.
Although we hope to work long with you, but due to poor treatment and unfair payment, we left and unless your company resolves it ethically, no musicians or educators would want to be involved with your company.
Thank you for the unpleasant working experience, but nobody needs a second experience.
