★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joined aero yoga using classpass. There are a few first timers like myself joining the class too. We told the instructor we are first timer which do not have any experience in aero yoga. Throughout the warm up process, the instructor never guide us. There are quite a few of pose that we do not know how to do but instructor just continue doing maybe due to time constraint. I would say it’s good for students who already done aero yoga before but definitely not for beginners. There are definitely better instructor who can really teach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very weird vibe at this studio, no staff or instructor to give short introduction or welcome to new joiners before session. The class is catered to the long time regulars, I've never seen instructor who ignore newcomers. I joined the kpop dance class and found it at a very high intensity, there's a lot of intense jumping and hopping throughout the hour long session. Most of the moves feel like they would risk knee injury in the long run, especially for those who are new or not at a certain fitness level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am glad I attended the Aerial Hammock Teacher Training (TTC) again. I absolutely loved training with Master Oak. Not only he is a wonderful teacher, he is also approachable and warm and everything was so well organized and efficient right from the start. Forever grateful to the magical moment and all that I learnt. Besides, I met the loveliest people from different places. It’s really wonderful to spent time with people who spark the positive vibes and have the same passion to hang ourself upside down!
