โ โ โ โ โ Had a very bad experience just now when we was at the counter making payment.
Noted the staff were busying counting coins, me and my friend waited for them to be ready, we put those stuffs we going to purchase at the counter first and waiting to be called for payment. (There are two counter and one counter putting a note "closed", while the other counter were stuffed with goods)
And the rude cashier (short black hair lady) noticed us waiting at the counter where they counting coins, rudely call us "next counter".
I was expecting her to say it nicely like "would you please proceed to next counter", nicer to hear as we are buying stuffs at this store.
Please note that I've been to this shop a few times and received very good customer service experience by other staffs.
Tonight experience was completely different from my previous visits. No one willing to come and serve customers (not only us), probably all staffs were busy stock up the shelf.
And due to the above experience, I would rather go to other store to have my money.

โ โ โ โ โ Too bad service for the cashier no smile & no happy to serve us & i have ask before buy the things with provide service wrapping than the staff say yes, so when i go pay at cashier they say no buddy know such as the only one guy know & no more staff know. To Management pls be improve that your staff service & I'm very sad that if big company like this just only 1 staff know to do something than if this staff off so no more replacement for continue business & care about this.

โ โ โ โ โ Great place to shop for gifts, phone cases, cables, luggage, camera stands, earphones, watches, IT accessories, batteries and many more at a very reasonable price. Also good place to shop and walk around after meals around this area. Staffs are friendly, helpful and attentive.

After nice installation of my tempered glass, the staff even helped me to clean off those dusts at the back of my ipad and my ipad case, he patiently brushes everything off! Well done and I'm satisfied, but not sure if it's because very less customer that day. ?

โ โ โ โ โ So disappointed, bought tempered glass for rm25 on Dec 23. Then got bubbles, so went back, after cleaning, got scratches on, and they told me I must have put keys and scratched. I bought last time rm3 same bag used for a year, no scratched. Now rm25, so scratchy after cleaning. They blamed me. Just yesterday changed. My advised no need to go here and buy expensive tampered glass. So lousy the workmanship and careless.

Muso Design is franchise computer accessories shop, I bought the extension cod on shopee but short circuit happen.....The seller said can bring back to shop exchange 1by1 ???
