★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I echo previous review by Shalini. Bought through Fave, my hair dye turned out with no visible difference, and the result wasn't what I requested at all. It was poorly done and simply applied only on the surface. The guy told me the color will only show up after I wash it off for about a month. They did ask for extra RM25, and I was also left at the basin for 15 mins for hair treatment. Overall bad experience, would not go again.

found this saloon via Fave and I was attended by a middle age Chinese male.
1/ my hair is above the shoulder level, but I was made to pay extra rm20 as the hair stylist claim at some point the tip of my hair was almost touching the shoulder ?. In addition to that, I was ‘advised’ to pay another extra rm20 bucks so that they will use a slightly better quality styling cream. I still paid thinking I will get the best result out of this rebounding
2/ I asked for relaxing and I was told that hair relaxing is just touching up here and there, rebonding will give a completely straight hair. I explained to him what I want, and do accordingly.
His work was clumsy, no partitions done prior to applying the gel or straightening. He just randomly applied it over my head
3/ after done, he didn’t even offer to trim my hair nor show how my hair at the back look. To my surprise, he Din even bother to ask which side my is hair partition.
4/ this package is inclusive hair treatment, you know how he did? He basically applied some gel which smelled like shampoo onto my head n made my lie at hair wash area for 15 mins, that’s his definition of hair treatment.
Not happy with this place and will never recommend to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called for the "Director" as Teckson wasn't in and asked for a pretty simple haircut. Showed a picture, asked for it be Medium length at the front & top and no skinning. He only did 1 thing right which is no skinning.
Gave me a Short length haircut for the front & top (half of the length requested) and made this stupid uneven styled sides that WASN'T IN THE PICTURE. He asked if I swept it to the left or to the right, told him that I did both ways so make it the same... He ignored my request completely.
Imagine letting your hair grow out so you could have a medium length quiff-like hairstyle and they gave you a short lalacai cut. Now I'm back at square one.
Truly incompetent.
