★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Claims 5 tier security but in fact only 2 layers.. Access card to the condo and individual lift access card that's all.. When ask tls they said cctv, 24 hr security guards and wall around the condo also considered as layer of securities..even low cost apartment also got all 5 securities layer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sell you premium price, please don’t expect anything premium. Low quality finishing . Also here are some funny stuff.
1) you can not access the gym without registering at the guard. You need to register and change excess pass to use the gym. Like School Boy using the library
2) Not enough cctv
3) You can access to the futsal court via excess pass via lift , but you cannot exit via excess pass. You have to walk down the stairways . The futsal court is at level 5.
4) The wall climbing facility is a rubbish . Just for the sake of putting more facility in the marketing paper.
5) you must pay rental fee for the hall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the facilities promised is not ready as per highly claimed by the developer. Paying maintenance fee like crazy without utilising all the facilities. The walls paing and parking pathway has been fading ever since I have move in. No upgrade by the management or developer. There is always leakage here and there and their promise of words is just like bag of chips. CHOOSE WISELY BEFORE BUYING IT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid premium price for a cheap condo.owner of oasis 1. What shown on Sales gallery, thr booklet, the illustration, all lies.The saddest part was, poor finishing and workmanship. Cheap material used and it doesnt look the same as show unit quality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner of Oasis 1. Dont buy their Oasis 2. The facilities provided is not up to standard expectation compared with their sellong price. Got wall climbing facility, but its a joke. Seeing the finishing, the workmanship, making me feel sad. The quality assurance is soooo bad. Please.. I argued with my husband because of this unit.
