โ โ โ โ โ Area is not healthy, rooms are not spacious( congested rooms), no free air entry.other than students many groups of people with different professions staying there and some of themfound smoking openly, which is no way permissible.most importnt is room rents are too high,owners are all business minded, not a single one found to be student friendly, no one looking the welfare of students.how come a single crowdy congested room be 700rm/ mo excluding utility and again electricity separate charge.authority or governing body must look into it to hv a proper solution otherwise the owners will be doing according to their interest ignoring students basic needs.thank you.

โ โ โ โ โ Don't have restaurant near the place need to use own transportation or grab car to reach sunway where you can find everything except this condo is good for living but no lift on building and even wall of the flat is not sound proof that might distrib you of outside noise

โ โ โ โ โ a nice place to stay for student but why since 7th of May '19 suddenly close back gate from taylors to mutiara perdana? so dangerous to walk back now if have late night meetings at uni >:( not student pedestrian friendly if got work to do at school :/

โ โ โ โ โ affordable rooms for rent, only 3mins walk to taylor's university, you can sleep until 7.45am even though you have 8am class. Right beside smk and sk bandar sunway

the buildings are looks old... inside the building most of the units are renovated.... cost per room about 500rm plus electric bill....
mostly itโs good for Taylorโs university lakeside campus students who looking for a budget place with well furnished ...
