β β β β β Environment is good. Nice place. But the managment and security service should be improve.Grab unable to go inside?we willing to pay but we need service. We willing pay and wait for long time to get the parking card. But the security show the face like we do somethings wrong and feeling like not willing to go allow us go inside.?

It has a very bad management. Makes you feel like trapped inside the building. They will try to extort your money anyway they can.

β β β β β It has moderate level of security guard, many level of parking lot, a pool, 3 working operate lift, has a mussola for muslim to pray and you also can see the whole city of serdang.

β β β β β I have stayed there with my cousin. The rooms are well furnished and clean. The Toilets are small but clean and working properly.
Typical Units includes three fully furnished rooms. One of the rooms comes with attached toilet. There is another common toilet. Fridge is also included. So is the dining table and chairs. Room rent plus Utility costs may add up to RM 1200 to RM 1400, based on consumption.
They have swimming pool, vending machines and convenient store inside the compound.
Residents get car parking facilities
Cheap, safe and comfortable.

β β β β β I have been here for a few months now. It is comfortable and has a nice view. But the management and security is poor. What's the point of having a drop off area /lobby if we can't use it? Grabcar is unable to get in to drop-off or pick up customers. That is useless. We needed to walk to the entrance gate. What if someone has difficulty walking? What if someone has a lot of things such as baggage or grocery stuff? What if it's raining?
And for someone who doesn't have an access card, do we need to fill in our details in the logbook twice?? One at the entrance gate, one at the lobby? I think it is enough to do it at the lobby.
Lastly, please upgrade your management and security. At least let the grab car pickup/drop off at the lobby. It will be much easier for the users and drivers. Thank you
