★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional and Inexperience Vet Ali that could not handle emergency. Called them up at 7pm to bring in a dying dog. He promised to arrive at 7:30pm but called me later to change to 7:45. Then arrived at 8:05pm. He was fumbling and spent 10min to open the front gate. Where the sense of urgency???
Took a glance at the dog and pronounced her dead. Did not even attempt anything, e.g. CPR! After being requested, he just massaged the chest and could not find the airbag!!!
Only one round of CPR and informed me that the dog is dead and charged me RM100. Additional RM200 for burial. No receipt!
And No record!! Found out in my subsequent visit that nothing was recorded in their electronic system.
He too, promised to send a photo of the burial the next day and I’ve never received it until today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I’ve had many pets that I’ve brought here and here is some pros and cons you should know before taking your pet here
Cons:
- emergency wise. Long story short: They will make you wait no matter how urgent it is. This isn’t the best vet. I’m not sure about other options but I know this was bad. We called the number when my dog was attacked by other dogs. They said they’ll be there in 30 mins. Fair. But when we got there, no one was there. Called the number on the gate, the dr didn’t even know that there was an emergency. My dog died in their care but it not their fault, he was bad when we brought him.
-complicated stuff, also not the best. Not that they don’t know what they doing.. the main doctor is very good at his job. I feel like they maybe just give you surface level information but charging big money for it. My dog had an baseline echo… the dr didn’t even tell us how big because THEY didn’t MEASURE IT. If that was done to a human, lawyers would be involved.
-even if you make an appointment, you’ll have to wait.
Pros:
- I still bring my pets there because I think it’s the best near my house.
-common things like check ups, vaccines and simple conditions they charge a reasonable price and know what to do
-they actually take really good care of my pets(while they allow us being in the consultation room. Now i dont know)
Just a general PSA, do research before going to any vet. Ask a lot of questions. Make sure you’re getting the best for you animal babies. Also if you see the main dr.. just know that your dog, doesn’t have something simple going on

The one helped us with Mel kittens was vet name Ali. Appreciate it so much as it was Mel first delivery. Will keep coming here in future.. Recommended ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Admit it. You will have to wait for around 30mins to about an hour waiting if you didn't make an appointment to take your pet for a visit. But overall, it really worth waiting with experience Vet handling my pet and explain their condition so far even I didn't even notice something like ear mites. Thank you Dr Tan, very patient vet and considerate. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was sending my cat Xia Mi for spaying and ask the Dr for update, and they send me this. Sooooo cute. Personally, it quite worrying when your pet is left at clinic and the owner was unable to enter to visit. Luckily, they handle my pets well and really reassure to left my pet to them. Overall, reasonable price, good service and highly recommended.
