★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scheduled appointment for Friday 7pm for car wash (from Fave). Went all the way to their shop but COULDN’T EVEN FIND THEIR SHOP so I called the number, and was told that someone who is having 7pm appointment, rescheduled his appointment to 11am so they closed early for that day. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME to reconfirm if it’s me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
