lenovo suggested this store as "lenovo exclusive store" to get replacement parts. sales person suggested to go elsewhere, after i gave a detailed description of the case. online support said: "we don't have the cable" and "we don't order overseas", but "bring your computer and we install". it is unclear to me how they can "install", if they cannot obtain the required parts.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful, especially a young man - James. I really appreciate the excellent advice and service he offered and I got my problems solved.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Ms Ann and Mr KC from this store on 20.10.2021. They are very friendly and courteous and most efficient in helping me to solve the issues in my computer. Mr KC repaired my computer in record time and I did not have to wait too long. I am very satisfied with the service from this store and would highly recommend their service. Thank you, Ann and KC, for the excellent service. Please keep up the good work!

I sent my laptop here for repair on 25th Nov 2021. After inspection on the first day, they told me it was a motherboard issue and would take 2 weeks to fix. 2 weeks went by with no update. Fair enough. After the 2 weeks, still no update. I had to be the one to chase them on the status of my laptop. Finally after the salesperson "check with his technical team", he told me it would take another 2 weeks. I was annoyed but at that point, I completely understood how probably some parts would take some time to order. Fast forward to 28th Dec. No update from the store. I have to chase again. I understand it is year-end, so probably will take some time for anything work related to progress. Salesperson says "my technical team say next week la if not wrong". 4th January 2022 No update, I chase again. Salesperson: "Laptop not ready yet, technical team also chasing." 10th January 2022 No update, I chase again. Salesperson: "I will check with my technical team and get back to you". Radio silence 2 days. And then a miracle, an update without me having to ask, "your machine already done repair but the battery unable to be detected, the repairer still checking on what is the issue". 17th January 2022 No update, I chase again. Salesperson: "Let me check with my technical team" No further update. 19th January 2022 I follow up. No response. 20th January 2022 Follow up again. Salesperson: "No update yet" 25th January 2022. No update, I chase again. Salesperson gives some excuse waiting for more parts will take until after CNY to finish the job. I tell him to give me back the laptop. If they can't get it fixed, stop wasting my time and just let me take it elsewhere. Salesperson tells me you "can't collect because laptop not with us, is still with repairer". I insist to have them return my laptop. I don't care what condition it is in at this point. I'm better off getting service elsewhere. Salesperson:"Tmr I will check with the repairer and update you again". 26th January 2022. Whole day goes by without update. I am furious. I threaten them with a police report for holding onto my laptop for what is going to be 3 months (if they say only finish after CNY). Salesperson:"My technical team said will be ready by this week". I am so f***ing done with this shop.

My Dell HDD went bad. Went to the shop and got a new SSD + windows set-up within hour, though I did not have any rescue disk. Thanks to Leong for his help.
