★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls at least request ur patient to wear mask while waiting. I have jus left b4 enter as two of ur patients chit chat so loud without wearing mask. This is the basic responsibility of ur clinic to ensure the safety of others. To highlight, ur nurse at night shift oso did not wear mask properly without covering her mouth n nose. This is so unprofessional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, Good Evening. I'm one of the staff from MyKlinik. Regarding the patient (WONG KOK SANG), from (JALAN LAHAT BARU), his last visit on 13/06/2021 at 10.42am and the patient already paid RM45 for the treatment (DRESSING & STO) and collected the receipt. The patient came on 14/06/2021 at 10.00am and collected the medical report and paid RM65, so MyKlinik also given the receipt on the same day. Regarding on the issues, patient last visit on 13/06/2021 not on 14/06/2021 and MyKlinik already given receipt on 13/06/2021. Miss Vincy Wong this is not first insurance case for MyKlinik but you are the one first patient that said cannot collect payment for medical report. Regarding on phone issues, the staff kindly inform to you that she handling an emergency case and asked you to call later but you didn't accept and talking very rudely to the MyKlinik staff. Miss Vincy Wong MyKlinik kindly informed you that MyKlinik can't be cheating and changed the date as per requested from you. Please make sure must give proper information and don't spoil people name. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is not listed in Senarai Hospital swasta dan klinik swasta untuk saringan Covid19, but the doctor and staff told me they are listed and eligible to perform PCR swab test, however i was blocked by the air crew from boarding, make me can’t fly and forced to reschedule. But when i called them to clarify on this they failed to answer and did not give any compensation! The admin named Yogi promised to check but never get back to me until now. Poor service!

Dr is very friendly and professional, he explains everything in a simple way, he was supportive throughout the whole journey with doctor advices and recommendations and he made me always feel comfortable and safe. Highly recommended ?

The doctor knows what he is doing.
Highly knowledgeable and equally skillfull.
Fairly charged and honestly I feel it's not overpriced..
I was having high fever, cough and body ache.
After taking medication from this clinic I got back on my feet in just two days. Very speedy recovery..
I would like to give thanks Ms Yoges and also the staff members for their kindness who were taking care of every little details and helpful in every way.
Highly recommended.
