β β β β β I am an American living in Penang with my husband who is here for a temporary work assignment. They do a really nice job on my manicures and pedicures. They spend a lot of time on the details like callous removal and beautiful nail designs!! And they speak just enough English. Highly recommended!

β β β β β Came here with my partner to get our nails done, I was assigned to 'Shannie'. Was not very happy with the service, while tidying and cutting my cuticles, she made a mistake on one or two, cutting the cuticles too deep and causing it to bleed. The cuticle cutting was rougher and a little more painful as compared to my previous manicure experience. She was also not very vocal, did not check with me if I wanted my nails cut as they were pretty short at the time. I suppose they were too short to be considered? Could have at least had the courtesy to ask me still. Seat's armrest was a little damp as well, if I had to nitpick.
The staff who serviced my partner did her job well, so this rating gets 2 stars from me but that's about it.
