★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This petshop been my favourite for sometimes. The location is quite a distance for me. But they provide lots of services. Cat food , spraying , grooming and also boarding. All the service are great. They also provide a good advice on handling cats. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

They can handle well on my misbehave cat patiencely…. Grooming is nice and worth the price… boss and groomer are such lovely n wonderful ❤️❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse service. 3rd time giving my cat for groom and this time giving alasan kucing garang la itu la. Gave my cat at 10am and untill 7pm said kucing garang and never do anything, why because we indian??? Racist ke??? If garang, and kalau u don't know how to handle, you should call within 1 jam, bukan simpan dia sampai kul 7. And asking to pay 1st before the service, so that customer won't say anything?? Semua pet shop buat service dulu sebelum suruh bayar and dia org will call if xleh handle.. I clearly can see that korang xtau handle, xtau buat service, please go learn from the professional. Go for grooming academy. Kalau run pet shop, YOU SHOULD KNOW HOW TO HANDLE KUCING GARANG, IF NOT, TUTUP JE KEDAI!!! and 1 lady said 4th time xpayah dtg la, WTH??? GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Memang ah kita dah xnak dtg to unprofessional pet shop.. and she even shouted semak ah kucing ni when the cat ran because she was scared. I just saw my cats feet swollen, I xtau apa you (that lady) buat, but you will face the karma. Korang x deserve 1 star pun. You will payback for what you did!!
