β β β β β Sold me a power adapter and said that it'll work in all countries. It didn't work with a laptop charger I got in India, but they wouldn't accept the return and didn't want to refund me giving made up excuses.
Reply to owner: Let me enlighten you how to treat customers well if you don't understand. If it works only with phones and tablets - you tell the customer it works only with phones and tablets BEFORE selling it instead of saying "it works in every country". Also - the product description doesn't say it works only with phones and tablets, you just made it up.
If I pay you X for the product and it doesn't meet the description - I want to get the X amount back, not X minus whatever your bank charges you for the transfer and conversion. You could've refunded me in cash or back to my bank the day before I was leaving the country, but instead the only option was to use a Malaysian bank account which I don't have. As I said, just an excuse to avoid the refund.
