★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rates is far away from the market if you follow the rate board, after you ask the better market price, the staff will change to bad face and you better leave at once.
The reason is monopoly in the district, no competition and a lot of Tanjong Tokong residences used them for convenience only.
For me, I will search more and compare more, if not, they will not change their rate and attitude.
