Inside, it has a Pharmacy and a MR.DIY Hardware Store for your everyday needs.
Good place to pack up and stock for groceries and everything else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever since Lotuss took over they have been rearranging the shelves. Total confusion.
Customers have long been accustomed to the way things were displayed when it was Tesco.
What Lotuss has done has made us fed up of trying to locate what we want.
Not customer friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moderatly busy, still a little confusing, the new shelving placement, no doubt deliberate to confuse us older shoppers. Make us purchase more, nice to see the locals in their new colourfull outfits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poorly trained service stuff at loyalty counter. I asked her whether Tesco loyalty card can be used. She said “Download and use app.” I told her I already downloaded rather app. She dd not explain that the app is different from the purchase app. Later I found out myself. Second, I asked her how to use app. She said, “ Use app.” I asked her in 5 different ways. She replied 5 times, “ Use app.” I had to figure out that you use the app to scan the store’s bar code. Please note when I come to Lotus, I don’t want to figure out how to use your technology. Third, the self checkout can handle only 5 items. Similar services in supermarkets in other countries don’t have this restriction. Fourth, the self checkout has too many errors, requiring manual help, eg items not recognised as put down because they are too light. Need much improvement.
It would be useful to have a directory and index. Impossible to find many items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many eateries can be found in the mall. Mr DiY, Sheng Heng Electrical, Watson's, Georgetown Pharmacy, McD, KFC, Burger King, Starbucks etc. Very convenient for parking and comfortable shopping and dinning. Price is reasonable and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't expect any service from the tired staff here. Watch the supermarket prices as they fluctuate all week. Buy only necessities Milo, Milk, Noodles, Eggs, Cooking oil, Detergent on offer. Other items like sauces, black vinegar are even more expensive than Village Grocer. The supermarket is next to Mr.DIY, above McDonald's and KFC. Parking is FREE.
