★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mydin Seksyen 7 is the last place anyone should go buy their supplies or groceries. They don't answer the phone. When I had to go there, I asked customer service why they didn't answer the phone and she said that it is their lunch break. She was rude and didn't even ask why I called. The two cashiers next to her even laughed in my face. My question is if a staff goes to lunch, won't there be someone else to replace or relieve? How can the customer service phone line be unattended? In the past, I have tried to call this place but it doesn't matter what time it was, THEY NEVER EVER answer the phone. To add salt to a wound, they laughed at me ( cashiers and customer service staff). One of them even had to cheek to say "of course if you call at night, nobody will answer your call!!". It is not that I called after closing time!!! This place should be removed from the map. I had to call because I only buy 1 thing from Mydin and due to high Covid cases, I don't want to go out unless I have to. So calling up to find out about a certain availability of an item will probably save me a trip and also avoid going out unnecessarily. This is a God forsaken Mydin store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable groceries, but really need to check the prices and compare during checkout as sometimes there was error in the barcode or the pricetag.happened to me several times so just report and get the balance (the price differences) from the cashier.
