It is fairly close to the nearest shopping area. Cheap, clean and has family room. Definitely recommended for family travellers

Had a good time staying here. Quick check-in and check-out process, professional staff. The place is clean and neat. In our room, there’s a hairdryer, plenty of plugs, and it’s quite spacious too. There’s also iron board and iron prepared at an open space. Highly recommended. Outside, there’s plenty of parking spaces prepared.

One of the best hotel in Muar ?? There are few points I would like to highlight of this hotel : - 1) hotel looks new (building itself also new) 2) few shoplots only so it is easy to find parking 3) there is a huge parking space behind of the hotel 4) check in after 5pm there is RM10 discount and this is good 5) hotel provided breakfast (nasi lemak, beehoon, mee goreng, teh and coffee - simple breakfast at Ground Floor close to the receiptionist) 6) wifi is strong 7) bed is comfortable 8) air-cond is cold 9) room is clean 10) water pressure is high ?? In the future if I come Muar for sure I will come to this hotel ✅

Clean hotel but we don’t feel welcomed here and will not return. Suggestions for improvement: 1. Train receptionist to be friendlier and welcoming. Greet customers politely instead of “walk-in atau ada booking?” . For breakfast, let customers know what are the options such as, “we have nasi lemak, mihun and mi goreng with tea or coffee” instead of, “bilik no berapa? Ambil 4 bungkus! “. like are we little schoolchildren here to be treated as such? 2. Improve soundproofing from the karaoke noise. Can install carpet, padded walls and noise blocking windows. 3. Say thank you to customers, at least, during checkout . I’m sure you want repeat customers?

The person in charge handling the booking via phone call (chinese men very proficient in Malay and very nice too, I suspect he is either the Manager or the owner himself, who knows) very late at night almost early morning due to last minute decision, was very friendly and helpful. Booked 2 rooms, 1 premier twin for my mum (using cane to walk due to mild stroke) & her husband and 1 family room for myself (husband & 4 kids). I chose this hotel because the rate was affordable, room was available and it has lift facility as my mum can't use the stairs. Both room was clean, spacious and have proper and complete tea making set & toiletries. The rate also includes breakfast (packed food due to covid restrictions and they haven't open up their cafe yet). The nasi lemak and mihun goreng was nice too. Stayed for 1 night only but it was very worthwhile.
